Single-storey rear extensions, side returns, double-height kitchens, lofts and full reconfigurations. We work with your architect (or one we know and like) to make sure the new part of your home reads as part of the original — with the careful brickwork, thoughtful detailing and quiet finish to prove it.

One client. One architect.
One house.
Bespoke private houses — designed by your chosen architect and delivered by us, from groundworks to the final coat. Most projects run between 18 and 24 months, with a single point of contact from start to finish and an aftercare service that doesn't end at handover.

Brief
An informal first meeting at your home – understanding what you want, what you have, and what's possible.

Design
We work alongside your architect to cost the design honestly, suggest savings where they help, and lock the spec.

Build
One contracts manager, the same trades on every job, weekly site updates and a monthly meeting at the table.
– 04
Aftercare
A handover walk-through, two-year defects cover and a phone we still answer when you call us in five years' time.
